HOW QUICKLY WILL YOU REPLY TO MY MESSAGE?

We answer messages and emails in the order they arrive and aim to reply as quickly as we can. In most cases you will hear back from us within 24 hours.


ARE YOUR ITEMS NEW OR PRE-LOVED?

Most of our pieces are carefully chosen pre-loved and vintage items, with a small selection of brand-new pieces in our Brand New section. Every listing is described honestly, with clear condition notes so you know exactly what you are getting.


ARE THE BRANDED ITEMS GENUINE?

Yes. We are a reseller of handpicked, branded second-hand goods. Each item is inspected before it is listed, so you can shop your favourite brands with confidence and for a fraction of the original price.


CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER ORDERING?

Because we dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days, it is not always possible to change an address once an order is placed. If you spot a mistake, please email us as soon as possible with your name and order number and we will do our best to update it before your parcel leaves us.


HOW LONG DOES DISPATCH AND DELIVERY TAKE?

We dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days. Once on their way, UK Standard Delivery orders usually arrive within 2 to 4 business days via a tracked Royal Mail, DPD or EVRI service. Express Delivery orders usually arrive within 1 to 2 business days.


DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes. We offer free UK shipping on all orders over £45. Any shipping charge for smaller orders is shown clearly at checkout.


CAN I SAVE BY BUYING MORE THAN ONE ITEM?

Absolutely. Add three or more items to your basket and a bundle discount is automatically applied, so you can mix and match across fashion, toys, games and homeware and save more.


WHY IS EACH ITEM ONLY AVAILABLE ONCE?

Almost everything we sell is a single, one-of-a-kind piece. Once an item has sold, it is gone for good, so if something catches your eye it is best not to wait.


HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as your order is dispatched we will email you a tracking number. You can also use the Track Your Order link in the menu to follow your parcel. If you need any help, just get in touch.


WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR IS NOT AS DESCRIBED?

We are sorry if anything is not quite right. Please contact us within 14 days with your name and order number at enquiries@violetsedit.com and we will put it right under our money-back guarantee.


WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
