At Violet’s Edit, every order is packed by hand and sent with care. Because our pieces are pre-loved and one of a kind, we want each one to reach you in lovely condition.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after your order is confirmed. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Delivery Times
We ship across the UK using tracked Royal Mail, DPD & EVRI services. Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 2 to 4 business days. Delivery times can occasionally vary during busy periods such as holidays. Express shipping should arrive within 2 days of dispatch.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges and options are shown at checkout. The Standard Delivery charge is £4.95. Express Shipping is £7.95.
UK orders over £45 will be sent via Standard Delivery FREE of charge.
One-of-a-Kind Items
Almost everything we sell is a single, unique item, so once it has sold it is gone for good. We wrap every piece carefully to keep it safe in transit.
