Refund Policy

We want you to love every piece you buy from Violet’s Edit. We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and, where applicable, with any original packaging. As our pieces are pre-loved and described honestly, please read each listing carefully before purchasing. You will also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at enquiries@violetsedit.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order as soon as it arrives and contact us straight away if your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including gift cards and anything marked as final sale. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please get in touch before purchasing.

Exchanges

As most of our items are one of a kind, we are unable to offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to get something else is to return your item and, once accepted, place a new order.

Refunds

We will let you know once we have received and inspected your return, and confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within a few business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable. If you return an item, you must pay for the return label. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
